Our Beliefs

We are a church whose desire is to carryout God’s purpose, stay centered in His will, and be focused on others. Our goal is to be an outreach to our community, town, and surrounding areas both by preaching the gospel, and being sensitive to those around us.

We believe that the Scriptures of both the Old and New Testament are the infallible, inerrant, and spoken word of God. We believe that they have been preserved through the ages, forever settled in Heaven, and that they are the final authority for our faith and life.

We believe in one God, the creator and sustainer of the universe, who is eternally existent by the holy trinity- The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His death on the cross to pay for the sins of the World, His bodily resurrection, His return to glory to sit at the right hand of the Father, and His promise of imminent return in the rapture of the Church.

We believe that all men have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Therefore, by sin we have been separated from fellowship with God, are lost, and in need of a savior.

We believe that there is hope for man, that all who by faith receive Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit, therefore received power to become children of God and are eternally saved. We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer to guide, enlighten, and to enable him in life, testimony, and service.

We believe that God gives spiritual gifts to all believers for the glorifying of God, building up of the church, and the advancing of His kingdom. Therefore, when the local church assembles our Lord manifest Himself through the hearts of each believer and that the glory is to be given to God alone.

We believe in the power of prayer, that God answers the prayers of His people, and meets their needs according to His riches in glory.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the eternal assurance of the saved in Heaven, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost in Hell.

We simply believe Jesus and that everyone needs Him.
